How to root Xolo Q1000

These are the instructions to root Xolo Q1000 smartphone using motochopper tool on Windows Computer.

Requirements: Your Xolo Q1000 Smartphone should have at least 40 percent or above battery to perform the rooting process.

Step 1: Download and install Xolo Q1000 USB Driver on your Windows Computer.

Step 2: Enable USB Debugging mode on your Xolo Q1000 smartphone. To Enable USB Debugging: Settings > Development > USB Debugging (Tick to enable it).

(Developers Option is hidden for Android 4.2.2 or above, to show this option Go to Settings > About Phone > Built Number (Tap on it for 5-8 times).

Step 3: Now connect your Xolo Q1000 smartphone to the computer.

Step 4: Download and Extract motochopper tool on your Windows Computer. After Extracting you will be able to see the following files:

Step 5: Now, Open run.bat (you have extracted this file in step#4).

Step 6: Once Run.bat file is launched you will be able to see the following screen. Now, to begin the rooting process Press any Key from the keyboard.

Step 7: Once rooting process is completed you will be able to see the following screen with success message. Now, again Press any Key from the keyboard. This will exit the run.bat file and your Xolo Q1000 smartphone will restart automatically.

Step 8: Now your Xolo Q1000 is successfully rooted. To verify this, Open Applications Menu On your Smartphone and search for SuperSU app installed.

Optional: You can also verify that your device is successfully rooted or not by Root Checker Application.

Points to remember:

[*] No data loss process: Your Phone Data like contacts, pictures, videos, music and etc will be not affected with this method.

[*] Warranty Void: Your Xolo Q1000 phone Warranty may be void after following the above tutorial.

[*] How to Unroot? To unroot, Open SuperSU > Settings > Full Unroot.

[*] If you are looking for the Xolo Stock Rom (Original firmware) then head over Xolo Stock Roms.

    @ Harsh, Open Settings > About Phone > Built Number (fast tap on built number for 5-6 times), it will enable Developer options.

    @Shubham, Yes you can root your Xolo Q1000 Smartphone without harming the Phone warranty. After rooting, if you want your Phone warranty, Simply Open SuperSU and Go to settings > Full Unroot. Thats it.

    I want also to root my XOLO Q1000, but i can not find parameter-Developer option for allow my usb connection !
    This parameter doesnt exist in my telephone.

    How to do in this case ?

    Every Android Device comes with Developer Option. It seems you are on Android 4.2, well in that case Go to Settings > About Phone > Built Number (Tap on it for 5-8 times).

  • Also i want to know how to set the parameters for use notwork data with this Xolo Q1000.
    We try it many times with a local network, but can not get access to data…
    How to do ? There is some particular things to do ?

  • i did the same procedure i when it show “press any key” then aftering pressing key it says “Server not running”

  • you have to go in settings>about phone>build number,
    7 times tap on the build number ,
    now you unlocked developer option,

    @Santosh, Developers Option is hidden on the devices running Android 4.2.2 or above. To Show this option, Open Settings > About Phone > Built Number (Fast Tap on it 5-8 times).
